A. All estimates are provided at no cost. |

Q. Do I get my own material and color selections?
A. Yes, we always give our customers the opportunity to make all of their selections regarding type of roof, number of years of manufacturer warrantee, and color of shingle/metal. |
Q. How soon can someone come to do the estimate?
A. Quickly, normally within 24-72 hours in our standard service area. |

Q. Is GRI insured, licensed, and state certified?
A. Yes, we carry full general liability and worker's compensation at all times. We are a state certified roofing contractor. |
Q. When can you start my job?
A. Once all pertinent authorizations and contracts have been signed, permits have been obtained and colors selected, your project manager will be able to contact you and begin scheduling the work for your project usually within 3 weeks, weather permitting. |

Q. Do you subcontract roofing?
A. No, we have our own in-house re-roof & roof repair personnel. |
